What is EndoLISA?

EndoLISA based on an endotoxin selective precoated microplate and a specific detection reagent which based on factor C.

As in a classical ELISA, firstly, endotoxin is selectively bound to the surface of the precoated microplate, the sample matrix to be eliminated by a washing step. Subsequently, the endotoxin is detected because of its intrinsic capacity to activate the zymogen form of factor C. Finally, the concentration of endotoxin in the sample was determined according to the fluorescence signal from the conversion of a substrate.
