Introduction of ELISA Kit for LPS
This series of kits uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine the level of human lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in the specimen. The principle is mainly to coat the microwell plate with purified LPS antibody to make a solid-phase antibody. Then add LPS to the microwells coated with monoclonal antibodies in sequence, and combine with the labeled LPS antibody to form an antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody complex. After washing, add a substrate to develop color. There is a positive correlation between the depth of the color and the LPS in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) was measured with a microplate reader, and the concentration of LPS in the sample was calculated by the standard curve.

Storage: For unopened kit: All the reagents should be kept according to the labels on vials. The Standard, Detection Reagent A, Detection Reagent B and the 96-well strip plate should be stored at -20oC upon receipt while the others should be at 4°C.
For used kit: When the kit is used, the remaining reagents need to be stored according to the above storage condition. Besides, please return the unused wells to the foil pouch containing the desiccant pack, and zip-seal the foil pouch.
