Description/Features:	The ELISA kit was used to inject the micropores precoated with captured antigen of rat lipopolysaccharide antibody (LPS-Ab) into the micropores. The detection antibodies labeled with HRP of the specimen standard were successively added into the micropores, incubated and thoroughly washed.The substrate TMB was transformed into blue under the catalysis of peroxidase and into final yellow under the action of acid. The depth of color was positively correlated with the rat lipopolysaccharide antibody (LPS-AB) in the sample. The absorbance (OD) value was measured at 450nm with the enzyme plate analyzer, and the concentration of the sample was calculated.
Detection Range:	25 EU/L – 800 EU/L
Product Sensitivity:	The minimum detection concentration was less than 1.0 EU/L.
Application:	This kit is used for in vitro quantitative detection of rat lipopolysaccharide antibody (LPS-Ab) in serum and plasma tissue homogenate and related liquid samples
