Description/Features:	This kit is used for double antibody one-step sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).To pre-coated chicken lipopolysaccharide; Endotoxin (LPS) capture antibody coating micropores, successively added specimen, standard substance, HRP-labeled detection antibody, after warm incubation and thoroughly washed.The substrate TMB, catalyzed by peroxidase, is used to produce color. TMB is converted to blue by the action of acid to the final yellow color.The depth of the color and the lipopolysaccharide in the sample; Endotoxin (LPS) was positively correlated.The absorbance (OD) was measured at 450nm with a microplate analyzer, and the concentration of the sample was calculated.
Detection Range:	0.5 pg/mL – 16 pg/mL
Product Sensitivity:	The minimum detection concentration was less than 0.1 pg/mL.
