Description/Features:	This kit is used for indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The micropores were coated with captured antigen of rat lipopolysaccharide specific IgM antibody (LPS-sigM). The samples, standard samples and HRP-labeled detection antibodies were successively added into the micropores, incubated and thoroughly washed.The substrate TMB, catalyzed by peroxidase, is used to produce color. TMB is converted to blue by the action of acid to the final yellow color.The depth of color was positively correlated with the rat lipopolysaccharide specific IgM antibody (LPS- sIgM) in the sample.The absorbance (OD value) was measured at 450nm with a microplate analyzer, and the sample concentration was calculated.
Detection Range:	12.5 ng/mL – 400 ng/mL
Product Sensitivity:	The minimum detection concentration was less than 1.0 ng/mL.
Application:	This kit is used for in vitro quantitative detection of rat lipopolysaccharide specific IgM antibody (LPS-sIgM) in serum and plasma tissue homogenate and related liquid samples.
