(1→3)-ß-D-Glucan Inhibiting Buffer is used to reconstitute LAL and render the reagent insensitive to (1→3)-ß-D-glucan interference by effectively blocking the Factor G pathway of the endotoxin clotting cascade. For use with multi-test vials, Turbidimetric Formulation lysate and Chromo-LAL lysate.
