Description/Features:	This kit is used for double antibody one-step sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The samples, standard samples, and HRP-labeled detection antibodies were added into the micropores coated with pre-coated LPS trapping antibodies. The samples were incubated and washed thoroughly.The substrate TMB, catalyzed by peroxidase, is used to produce color. TMB is converted to blue by the action of acid to the final yellow color.The depth of color was positively correlated with the plant lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in the sample.The absorbance (OD) was measured at 450nm with a microplate analyzer, and the concentration of the sample was calculated.
Detection Range:	25 EU/L – 800 EU/L
Product Sensitivity:	The minimum detection concentration was less than 1.0 EU/L.
Application:	This kit is used for the quantitative determination of plant lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in tissue, cell and related liquid samples in vitro.
