Lipopolysaccharide / LPS Mouse anti-Bacteria Monoclonal (GNE13-337.5 (2D7/1)) Antibody

Datasheet

Lipopolysaccharide / LPS mouse anti-bacteria monoclonal (GNE13-337.5 (2D7/1)) antibody is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to bacteria LPS (Lipopolysaccharide). Validated for ELISA and WB.

Specification

NaviID:  Monoclonal Antibody to LPS
Cat#:  ANT09
Category:  Monoclonal Antibody to LPS
Host:  Mouse
Reactivity:  Bacteria
Clonality:  IgG2b Monoclonal
Clone Number:  GNE13-337.5 (2D7/1)
Immunogen:  E. coli J5 cells.
Conjugations:  Unconjugated
Form:  Unconjugated, Unmodified
Application:  WB, ELISA
Storage:  -20℃, 4℃
Concentration:  0.5 mg/mL
Size:  0.1 mg
Specificity:  Recognizes E. coli J5 LPS. The J5 mutant of E. coli lacks the enzyme uridine diphosphate glucose 4-epimerase and therefore produces an incomplete LPS, deficient in galactose and all the sugars distal to the central polymers. The J5 mutant has no O-specific chains and its endotoxin remains as the core LPS containing lipid A, N acetyl glucosamine, 2-keto-3-deoxyoctonate, heptose and glucose (a composition similar to that of the Rc strains of Salmonella). The clone 2D7/1 has also been found to react with K. pneumoniae, S. sonnei and S. typhimurium.
Purify:  Affinity purified
