Lipopolysaccharides are lipids and polysaccharides found in the outer cell wall of Gram-negative bacteria (glycolipids). The kit is a magnetic Luminex detection kit for the in vitro quantitative detection of lipopolysaccharide in serum, plasma, tissue homogenate, cell lysate, cell culture supernatant, and other biological fluids by sandwich enzyme immunoassay. Due to the 100% sequence homology between different species, the kit can be used to detect general samples.
